Jim joined Halma Holdings' Cincinnati office in 1998 as Senior Accountant prior to accepting a position as Vice President, Finance at Air Products and Controls in 1999. Since then, he was appointed the company's Vice President, Sales/Marketing and later became Vice President, General Manager. In 2002 Jim was promoted to President of Air Products and Controls. Jim holds a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and currently participates as a Director (Treasurer) of the Automatic Fire Alarm Association (AFAA).
